Delete Your PlotForge AI Account

You can ask Veltrix Global to permanently delete your PlotForge AI account and the data associated with it. Requests are handled by our team and confirmed by email.

How the process works

  • Submit the form below from the email address on your account.
  • We reply to that address to confirm the request is genuine.
  • Once confirmed, we delete the account and its associated data and email you when it is done.
  • Requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Submitting this form creates a deletion request — it does not delete your account instantly. Your account stays active until we confirm the deletion by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile details, including name and avatar
  • Your projects and the project data stored for your account
  • Any files you uploaded that are linked to your account
  • Device activation records tied to your licence

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a minimal licence or payment record where we need it to prevent licence reuse and fraud, or to meet financial record-keeping obligations. These records do not contain your projects. If any record is retained for your request, we tell you which one and why.
