Refund Policy

This policy applies to services sold directly by Veltrix Global, including LaunchShift website packages. Purchases made inside mobile apps through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policies.

• You may request a full refund before work on your project has started.
• Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on the work already completed.
• After final delivery and launch, payments are non-refundable.

Email hello.veltrixai@gmail.com with your name, order details and the reason for your request. We review every request and reply within a few business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
