This page is maintained by Veltrix Global to describe how our AI platforms handle data, privacy and security. It is a working summary of our current practices and is not a substitute for the contract you sign with us.
Data you provide
When you use PlotForge AI or LegalEase AI, you may upload documents, project data, and configuration. This information is treated as your confidential data and is stored in isolated environments per customer.
Model training
Customer data is not used to train shared models. Enterprise deployments may include additional isolation and dedicated infrastructure options.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by role and audited. We maintain internal security reviews and are happy to share details with prospective customers under NDA.
Subprocessors
Veltrix Global uses a limited set of infrastructure and AI subprocessors. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our team.
