PlotForge AI Terms of Service

You agree not to use PlotForge AI to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe someone else's rights
• Create or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful or sexually exploitative content
• Attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems, APIs or licence servers
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
• Use automated means to extract data from the service at scale

You are responsible for the content you create with the app and for checking it before you rely on or publish it. AI output can be inaccurate; review it.

You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

As between you and Veltrix Global, content you create or generate in PlotForge AI is yours. We claim no ownership of it. We may process it only to operate the service or to assist you with a support request. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights.

We store your projects so the app can function. You may delete projects in the app, and you may request deletion of your account and its data through our deletion request page.

The PlotForge AI application, its branding, interface and underlying software remain the property of Veltrix Global. Your licence to use the app is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and lasts only while these terms and your plan are in effect.

PlotForge AI offers a free tier and a paid plan. Paid licences are issued by Veltrix Global, are bound to a single account on first activation, and may be used on a limited number of devices. Sharing, reselling or attempting to activate a licence on another account is not permitted and may result in the licence being revoked.

Where payment is made by manual transfer, access is enabled after our team verifies the payment. Prices and plan details are published on our pricing page.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance, third-party outages or factors outside our control may cause downtime.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or engages in fraud or licence misuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The revision date at the top of the page reflects the current version; continued use after an update means you accept it.
