We strive to keep our platforms available and performant. Enterprise plans include uptime commitments in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Global's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
