By accessing or using Veltrix Global products, you agree to these terms. If you're using our products on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Use of our products
You may use our products for their intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content and configuration you provide.
Prohibited content
You may not use any Veltrix Global product — including PlotForge AI — to create, generate, upload, edit, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) visual content, including AI-generated exterior or interior visuals that contain nudity or sexual content. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.
Intellectual property
Veltrix Global retains all rights to its platforms, brands and technology. You retain all rights to your data and content.
Availability
We strive to keep our platforms available and performant. Uptime commitments for larger deployments are agreed in writing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Global's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
